 SERVICE AVAILABILITY

 Items offered through this Website/Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest Forum @remote_ramblers are available for global shipping, but prices vary based on weight and distance.

 AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

 All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, in the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to give you information about substitute products of an equal or higher quality and value which you can order.

 REFUSAL OF ORDER

 We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. While we will take reasonable efforts to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.

 We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the Order Confirmation.

 REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 All of our home decor merchandise purchased has a no refund, no return policy. This policy is NON NEGOTIABLE. Our beauty and leather accessories are available for return and refund, but cost of return shipping is paid for by you, the customer. Additionally, all products that you wish to return, must be returned unused and with 48 hours of arrival.

 DELIVERY

 If for any reason whatsoever, we cannot meet the delivery date, you will be kept informed. Please note however, that we do not deliver of Sundays.

 For signature required deliveries, you will be responsible for the receiving of your delivery. If your package is not retrieved, you will then be responsible for shipping cost. You will not be refunded for packages that you have not retrieved.

 RISK AND TITLE

 The product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

 The price of the products shall be the one quoted from time to time on our Website/INSTAGRAM forum, expect where there is an apparent error. While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive a full refund.

 We are under no obligation to sell the product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price (even after we have sent you a Shipment Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as such. The total cost of the order is the price of the product(s). Prices may change at any time, but (except as provided above) any potential change will not affect any order for which a Order Confirmation has been sent, therefore (except as provided above) price adjustments on previous orders are not permitted.

 Returns of defective products

 In circumstances where you consider that the product does not conform to your order, you should PROMPTLY contact us via our web form with details and photo. Product MUST be shipped to our location within 48 hours upon receiving merchandise. Please note: We will not cover the shipping cost of your merchandise return.

 LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

 Our liability in connection with any product purchased through our website/INSTAGRAM forum is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

 We publish information on this Site as a convenience to you. While we attempt to provide accurate and timely information, there may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors. You will be subject to the Terms and Remote Ramblers policies in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies, Terms or Privacy Policy is required to be made by law or governmental authority, in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you.

 Shipping Policy

General Information

  • We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.

  • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

  • If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Domestic Shipping Information

  • Our shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows. Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

    • Free standard shipping with estimated delivery within 6 business days.

      • Cost of shipping is pre-determined by product weight.

    • Goods from our ‘leather accessories’ usually arrive within a week inside of the US, and our home decor and beauty goods usually arrive within 15 days, as they are shipped from Morocco.

International Shipping Information

  • All international packages are currently shipped via Moroccan national post, Amana. We have standard rates based on weight.

  • International deliveries can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.

  • International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do NOT collect these fees at checkout and if applicable, may be collected at time of delivery. Remote Ramblers is not responsible for these fees.

    • Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
